In this basic guide for CameraFi Studio beginners, we will explain how to use the CameraFi Studio Website !

🙌 Add TEAM  🙌



The "Add Team" feature allows you to register team and player information in the [My Channel] - [Team Management] tab. Once you've added a team, you can use the [Import Team] button to register teams and lineups.

In the updated "Add Team," you can now include more detailed information and add players after registering your team.



[Add Team]

Click the [+ Add Team] button in the [Teams] tab under [My Channel].


1. Enter Team Name
* A team name is required.


Set as Primary Team (Paid Feature)
You can set this team as the primary team, which will appear first in the team list.




2. Select Sport
Click [Sport] to choose the sport for your team. When selecting a sport, you can set sport-specific positions when adding players.
* "Universal" is set as the default option.
* Once a team is added, the sport cannot be changed.



3. Team Logo

You can upload a team logo.
We recommend using a 600x600 pixel square image (1:1 ratio).


4. Description (Paid Feature)
You can write a brief introduction to your team, which will be visible to visitors of your channel.



5. Location (Paid Feature)

Enter the location and main stadiums where your team plays by searching the address.



[Add Player]

Once you add a team, you can add players to that team.



Select (1) the team you want to add players to and click (3) [Add Players] at [Players].



You can link a player’s account by clicking (2) the icon next to the name input field.

Enter the (1) Player Name, (3) Player Number, and (3) Position.

- The player's name is required.
- Players are sorted abc.

You can select the (5) Starting Status (Paid Feature) as starter, substitute, or reserve. When using the [import team], only starters and substitutes will be loaded.


You can upload (6) Player Photos (Paid Feature). We recommend using a square image of 1,000x1,000 pixels or less (1:1 ratio).

Add a (7) Description (Paid Feature) for the player with a maximum of 30 characters.

All team and player additions can also be managed under [Setting] - [Team Management].


[Add Player Groups (Paid Feature)]


You can organize players into groups.

In [Setting] - (1) [Team Settings], select (2) the team you want to organize.

In the (3) Players tab, select (4) Group Setting.


Enter the name of the group in the (1) Add Group section and click add. You can delete a group by clicking the (2) X on the group chip.


Previously created groups will appear as chips in the player addition bottom seet. When you select a group chip and add a player, they will be automatically grouped.


[Edit Player Information]

Go to the Setting page, navigate to (1) Team Settings, select (2) the team, and choose (3) PLAYERS.


Click the kebab icon (three dots) and select Edit to update the player’s information in the player popup.

Selecting the delete option will remove the player, and deleted information cannot be retrieved.
