Hi, this is the CameraFi Live team.

Today we'd like to update you on some news about the USB camera connection.

Some devices with Android OS 10 do NOT allow UVC(USB Video Class) devices to be connected to apps with targetSdkVersion API Level 28+.

All app updates on Google Play have been required to target API level 28 or higher. Therefore, some Android 10 smartphones CANNOT connect USB cameras like webcams, etc in the CameraFi Live from the Play Store.

The CameraFi Live team confirmed that the USB camera could connect to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, Google Pixel, and Android OS 11 devices with the latest firmware update applied.

We expect more devices to support USB camera connection with the firmware update.

For users who want to connect USB cameras on Android OS 10 smartphones:
1) Try connecting the USB camera with CameraFi Live.
2) If it does not work, please download the CameraFi Live with target API Level 27 in the link below;
