Q. Can’t use Chat on the user page?
A. Need additional settings
1. Go to Shopify Settings > Customer accounts > Edit
2. Select two options;
1) Show login link in the header of online store and checkout
2) Classing customer accounts
3. Go to Checkout menu, and select ‘Require the customer to log in to their account before checkout.’
