Q. When adding a product while creating an event, the message below appears and the product is not added.



A. The product's condition does not meet the sales product registration requirements.


Sales Product Registration Requirements

Condition 1) Product condition must be ACTIVE

Condition 2) Quantity must be at least 1

Condition 3) ‘CameraFi Shopping’ must be added to the product's ‘sales channels and apps’



Case 1. When you click Add Product during event creation, unavailable is displayed next to the product name.

=> Condition 1 or Condition 3 is not satisfied


Case 2. When you click Add Product during event creation, there is no unavailable sign next to the product name, but when you click Add, a message appears at the bottom of the screen.

=> Condition 2 is not satisfied





How to Check and Solution for Each Condition 


Condition 1) Product condition must be ACTIVE


How to Check

: Go to Products menu > Check Status

=> If the status is Archived or Draft, it must be changed to ACTIVE



Solution

1. Click on the product that you want to change the Status in the Products menu.

Click on Status at the top right > Select Active > Be sure to save it.



2. In the case of Archive status, you can select active or draft by pressing Unarchibe product to release the archive status. 

Be sure to save it. 





Condition 2) Quantity must be at least 1


How to Check

: Check next to the product name when you click Add Product while creating an event.

=> ‘0 in stock’ product cannot be added



Solution

1. Go to Product menu > Check Inventory and click the ‘0 in stock’ product



2. Scroll down to find Inventory, change Available to 1 or more, and Save.






Condition 3) ‘CameraFi Shopping’ must be added to the product's ‘Sales Channels and Apps’


How to Check

1. Go to Product menu > Select the checkbox in front of the product you want to add to the live broadcast > Click Bulk edit


2. Columns on the top right > Scroll down, find Sales Channels, and click CameraFi Shopping



3. CameraFi Shopping unchecked product = CameraFi Shopping has not been added to Sales Channels



Solution 

1. Select the checkbox in the CameraFi Shopping column > click Save > click Back


2. Go back to the Event, refresh, and then Add Product again


*Because this is a process that requires refreshing if you are creating a new event, register the event without registering a product and add the product later!
