Issues with Facebook Page permission acquisition due to a problem on Facebook's end.

Hello, this is the CameraFi Live team.

We have an important announcement for our new users.

Currently, there is an issue with acquiring Facebook Page permissions due to a problem with Facebook. When users try to allow Facebook Page permissions, an infinite loading issue occurs. However, this issue does not appear for accounts that have already been granted permissions.

 


This issue has been identified as a problem on Facebook's end, and we are actively working with Facebook to resolve it. However, we ask for your understanding that it may be difficult to quickly resolve the issue as Facebook needs to take action.

*Please note that there is no issue with using Facebook Timeline and Groups.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
