Hi there, this is the CameraFi Live Team! 😊
Today, we’d like to share a real user story from the field,
showing how CameraFi Live is used to record and analyze a child’s baseball game.
This content has been recreated by the CameraFi team based on the real experience of a Korean user, “PM Daddy.”

🔑 Key Highlights: CameraFi Replay Features

1. Why Is Playback Speed Important?
Recording a baseball game is more than just capturing moments—
it also helps analyze a player’s performance after the game.
PM Daddy found that it can be difficult to clearly see fast-moving moments,
such as bat impact or pitching release points, when using standard 1x playback speed.
With CameraFi Live’s Replay feature,
you can review these key moments more clearly in 0.5x slow motion, even during a live broadcast.
2. Replay Settings
Based on real user experience, we recommend the following settings:
a. Replay Length: 15 seconds
Enough to capture from the pitcher’s windup to the hit
b. Playback Speed: 0.75x
A well-balanced slow motion for a more professional viewing experience
💡 Tip from PM Daddy
In most situations, 0.75x playback speed works best.
Using 0.5x may make the replay too long, causing you to miss the next play during live streaming.
c. Transition Effect: ON
(Recommended for smooth and seamless scene transitions)
3. Replay Timing & Exit
Timing is key when using the Replay feature.
In most cases, from the pitch to the batter reaching first base, a play takes about 10 seconds.
Based on this, a 15-second replay setting provides the most reliable coverage.
✔ When to Trigger Replay
With a 15-second setting, it’s best to trigger the replay around the moment the batter reaches first base.
Instead of pressing the button immediately, try adding a short commentary before tapping the “REPLAY” button to keep the broadcast flow smooth.
👉 When you tap “REPLAY,”
the app rewinds to approximately 15 seconds earlier and plays the scene in slow motion.
✔ How to Return to Live
After the replay ends, select “Camera Source” at the bottom right or swipe left on the screen to return to the live view.
| Ends immediately when you tap Replay |
| Tap “Transition” at the bottom right to end the replay. |
According to PM Daddy’s experience, a 10-second replay may work for short hits to first base.
However, for longer plays such as doubles, triples, or home runs, the action often exceeds 10 seconds, which can cause you to miss the key moment in the replay.
For this reason, setting the replay to 15 seconds provides more reliable coverage and flexibility.
4. Important Notes
🔊 Audio is based on real-time playback.Even while replaying past footage, the audio continues to reflect the live sound from the current scene.
💾 Use Auto Save
If you enable Auto Save in the settings, replay videos will be automatically saved to your gallery,
helping you save time when reviewing and analyzing footage after the game.
💡 Tip from PM Daddy
Q1. Can I set the replay length to 30 seconds?
A1. It’s not recommended.
At 0.5x playback speed, a 30-second replay would take up to a full minute,
causing you to miss the live action during that time.
A2. 10–15 second setting is ideal,
as it keeps the focus on the key moments while maintaining engagement.
Q2. Does it drain the battery a lot?
A. Some battery usage is expected,
as the app temporarily stores video in the background for replay.
