Today we will go through the error messages for each broadcasting platforms (YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch) and find out how to solve them.
However, keep in mind that even if the error messages are the same as the ones below , they might be caused by other reasons. If the instructions provided do not solve the problem, please contact us through the comments below.
1. YouTube
1) YouTube 500 Error
Error Message:
As the connection to the YouTube server is unstable, you cannot start live-streaming now. Please try again in a few minutes.{"code":500,"message":null}
Cause 1:
Unstable YouTube server
Solution 1:
In this case, if the YouTube server is stable after a certain time, the live-streaming is available.
No Stream Key because a streamer has never used Stream Now feature before or the created stream has been expired
Solution 2:
This can be solved by accessing the YouTube Live Control Room and creating the Stream. Then, please try your live-streaming again.
YouTube Studio > CREATE button > Go live > YouTube Live Control Room
2) YouTube Authentication Error
Error Message:
Authentication YouTube is null
User authentication has an error
Please log out and log in again. You can log out in CameraFi Live with the LOG OUT button on the right side. The error message is fixed in the V1.27.78.0908 to let you log out and try again.
3) YouTube StreamReason1 Error
DefaultLiveBroadcastisNullFromStreamReason1
User authentication has an error
Please visit the Stream menu in the YouTube Live Control Room and create a new Stream.
* YouTube Studio > CREATE button > Go live > YouTube Live Control Room
4) YouTube Revoked Error
_Reason=revoked
Your previous broadcast seems to violate one of the YouTube policies and it is removed from YouTube.
Please check if you get any warning email from YouTube about violating the policy.
5) YouTube Live Error
_Reason=live
You are broadcasting on the same account with another smartphone/PC.
Solution:
According to the YouTube policy, a channel can create a single live stream at once. Please end your previous broadcast and try again.
2. Facebook
1) Facebook 200 Error
Error Message:
cannot run for the following reasons(reason: (#200) Subject does not have permission to create live videos on this group)
Cause:
CameraFi Live is not added to your Facebook Group App
Solution:
In order to broadcast live on your Facebook group, you need to add CameraFi Live as the group app in the Facebook Group Settings.
* Only Group admin can add apps to your group.

2) Facebook Validating Access Token Error
Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
The login verification is not valid anymore because users changed their password or due to other security issues.
Please log out and log in again. You can log out in CameraFi Live with the LOG OUT button on the right side.
3) Facebook 100 Error
(#100) Page Public Metadata Access requires either app secret proof or an app token)

Please log out and log in again. You can log out in CameraFi Live with the LOG OUT button on the right side. The error message is fixed in the V1.27.94.0924 to let you log out and try again.
4) Facebook Facebook Policy Violation Error
You recently posted something that violates Facebook policies, so you're temporarily blocked from using this feature. For more information, visit the Help Center.
To keep from getting blocked again, please make sure you've read and understand Facebook's Community Standards.
You have been temporarily blocked from posting videos because you added videos containing content that may belong to someone else.
Users violate the Facebook Community Standards
Solution:
Please log in to Facebook and check if you got any message from Facebook.

5) Facebook Login Information Changed Error
Your login information for the Facebook account has changed. Please sign in again.
Users' login information has changed.
Please log out and log in again. You can log out in CameraFi Live with the LOG OUT button on the right side.
3. Twitch
1) Twitch 400 Error
Error Message:
cannot run for the following reasons(reason: {"status":400,"message":"invalid refresh token"})
Cause:
The issue occurs when the Twitch login session expires and is refreshed.
Solution:
In this case, you can broadcast by logging out of Twitch and logging in again in the app.
The issue is fixed in the latest version.
