1. Is there a cost to use the ranking system? 💰
→ Entering individual match results is completely free! Currently, the club or event administrators' bulk-entry feature is free as well. Starting from 2026, this feature will be available for subscribers

2. What is the difference between individual and club records? 📋
→ Individual records are recorded by players themselves and require consent from other participating players to reflect in ratings. Club records can be entered and managed collectively by club administrators or event organizers without individual consent.

3. How is the accuracy of the ranking system ensured? 🎯
→ We utilize the globally recognized weighted ELO rating system. All recorded match data are validated by users to ensure accuracy.

4. Are both club rankings and individual rankings provided? 🥇🥈🥉
→ Yes, both individual and club (team) rankings are available. Club/team rankings will be introduced by the end of March.

5. What is a confidence score? 🔍
→ The confidence score reflects the reliability of rankings based on the number of recorded matches and recent match data. This feature will be available at the end of March.

6. Are rankings updated in real-time? ⏰
→ Match results are reflected immediately upon entry, and rankings are updated automatically every day at 10 AM.

7. Can we manage records from matches with other clubs? 🗂️
→ Yes, CameraFi Studio supports managing records of inter-club matches and internal club events, greatly assisting in club operations.

8. Is there support available for international users? 🌍
→ Yes! Multilingual manuals and fast customer support are available. Languages such as Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Malay, Hindi, and Chinese will be supported within this year.

9. Can the system be easily accessed via mobile devices? 📱
→ Absolutely! CameraFi Studio fully supports mobile (Android, iOS) and web environments, allowing convenient usage anytime and anywhere.

9. How frequently should ranking data be entered? 📈
→ It's best to enter results immediately after a match. Regular updates will ensure more accurate and reliable rankings. 

10. What advantages does CameraFi Studio offer compared to DUPR? 🎖️
→ Our strengths include Multi language support, prompt customer service, club and team-centered operation, real-time match updates, and channel promotion linked to monetization opportunities. We highly recommend using CameraFi Studio for club competitions or inter-club matches, which can be challenging to manage with DUPR. You can also use it alongside DUPR, and we're looking into integrating existing DUPR scores.
