    The Live Streaming Experience

We broadcasted on the CameraFi Facebook page for about 45 minutes.

    Simple Integration

You can easily connect the Osmo Pocket 3 to CameraFi Live android app. The app’s user-friendly interface makes setup quick, allowing you to stream high-quality video in real-time. You can also use various effects like clock overlays, subtitles, moving animations, and real-time chat to enhance your live stream. You can see these effects in our live stream.

    AI Tracking

The DJI Osmo Pocket 3’s AI tracking technology kept us centered in the frame as we moved through the park, delivering smooth and professional-looking footage. It tracked moving subjects well, especially people in motion.

    Q&A

Q1. How long does the battery last?

We connected a portable battery to charge while streaming and the test results are as follows:

    • Before the broadcast: the smartphone battery was at 91%, and the Osmo Pocket 3 battery was at 100%.
    • After the broadcast: the smartphone battery was at 95%, and the Osmo Pocket 3 battery was at 52%.
Note: This test was conducted using the standard Osmo battery. Using the Osmo extended battery will allow for longer broadcasting times.

Q2. Can I connect it to an iPhone or iPad?

You can connect smoothly to an iPad, but it is not compatible with an iPhone because iPhone does not support USB camera connections. Please refer to the link below for iPad connection examples!

Q3. How much does it weigh?

When set up as described above, the weight is about 600g, so it is not heavy to lift with one hand :)

Our live stream with the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and CameraFi Live was a success. The setup was easy, and the AI tracking was impressive. If you’re looking to start live streaming, we highly recommend this combination.
