5-1. During Live

After the live stars, you can control or check the live status in the Live Control Room.


1. The broadcast time and cumulative number of users are displayed in the upper left corner along with the live indicator.

At the top right, there is a button to end the live and a function to copy the broadcast link.









2. Return to CameraFi Shopping with the broadcast window open.

Go to the Live Control Room, and you can check Real-Time Analytics for the live broadcast.





 

3. You can check how the broadcast is being transmitted at the bottom left of Real-Time Analytics.




4. In Live Chat, you can check the chats left by viewers in real time and leave host messages.

Chat input is only available to logged-in viewers.

On the viewer screen, host messages are displayed in yellow without ID.

The viewer screen only shows a partial email address of the viewer entering the chat, but you can see the user's full ID in Chat in the Live Control Room.


4-1. You can use two functions by clicking the menu at the top right of the Live Chat part.

  1. Save Chat: You can save chat data on your computer in CSV format.

If you need the chat data, you need to save it before you close the Live Control Room. 

  1. Pop out Chat: You can open the chat in a new window.






5. In the Product List, 1) you can see the list and quantity of products being sold in the live broadcast.

2) If the product has Flash Sales applied, the discount rate will appear applied and the remaining number of discounts will be displayed for confirmation.







6. You can end the live broadcast through the End Live button at the top right, and copy the broadcast link through the share icon next to it.









5-2. After Live


 1. There is an End Live button at the top right of the live screen and the top right of the Live Control Room. Press the button to end the broadcast.







2. After the live ends, 1) If you need chat data, be sure to save the chat and go to the Events menu. (How to save chat: 4. During Live > 4-1) 2) For events that have finished live, the Status changes to finish. 3) Click the three dots icon to the right of the closed event. 4) In Analytics, you can review the Real-Time Analytics that was seen in the Live Control Room during live and save it as a CVS file. 5) Download is activated for ended events, and you can click to download the ended live video.

*The longer the live, the longer the video creation length is, so if the live ends normally but Download is disabled, it is recommended to wait a while and try again.
