1. Install CameraFi Shopping

2. Add Product

3. Create Event (CameraFi / YouTube / Video)

4. Start Live

5. During&After Live

CameraFi Shopping supports three live broadcasts.

1. CameraFi

: Stable broadcasting is possible with a latency of less than 1 second. Since platform policies do not restrict you, you can prevent situations where broadcasts end unexpectedly due to copyright issues, etc.

2. YouTube

: It can be broadcast on YouTube, but latency is longer than broadcasting to a CameraFi server.

3. Video

: You can broadcast shoppable video by selecting the video you want.

To broadcast live, you must first create an event, and this manual covers how to create

and set events according to the broadcasting method.

Create Event

 1. The method of creating an event is the same for all three broadcasts.

Click the Events menu of the CameraFi Shopping menu, and click Create Event at the top right.

CameraFi

2-1. Select Stream Type as Live Stream, Stream Server as CameraFi, and Stream Orientation as either Portrait or Landscape.

Once you have made your selection, click Create to proceed to the next process.

YouTube

2-2. Select Live Stream as Stream Type and YouTube as Stream Server.
Click the arrow on the right end to connect to the YouTube channel.
Once connected, click Create to proceed to the next screen.

3. Select a thumbnail image and write a title and description for your live broadcast.

In Schedule, specify the date and time when the live broadcast is scheduled to take place.

4. Scroll down and click Select Product to add the products you want to sell to your live broadcast.

4-1. In the Add Products page, find the product you want to sell live and select the checkbox in front of the product.

Once you have selected everything, click Add.

<What if the product cannot be added?>

Please make sure you meet the three conditions below.

1. Product status must be Active.

2. There must be at least 1 quantity available for sale.

3. CameraFi Shopping must be added to the Sales Channels and App for the product.

4-2. If the product is added correctly, the product image, product name, amount, and price will appear.

- 1) To add more product :  +Add Product

- 2) To delete the added product : Select the product >  Remove Item

5.   Next, set up a Flash Sale.

Flash Sale automatically applies discounts that are only available during live broadcasts.

Click the Add Discount button.

5-1. Enter the code you want to use as a discount code.

5-2. In Value, you can choose whether to apply the discount as a percentage or a specific amount.

If you select Percentage, a discount equal to the specified percentage is applied to the price of each product.

If you select Fixed amount, the specified amount will be discounted regardless of the price of each product.

5-3. In Applies to Specific Products, click Browse to apply the discount to the product.

5-4. Maximum discount uses allow you to set the number of times a discount code can be applied.

① This refers to the total number of times a discount code can be used.

If you enter 30, it can be used a total of 30 times, no matter how many times one person uses it.

② Checking the box limits the discount code to be used once per person.

If not selected, there is no limit to the number of uses per person.

6. Display Few Left badge is a function that displays a badge notifying that a product is about to be sold out.

If you select the Show ‘Few Left’ to customer option and enter the quantity, a “Few Left” badge will be displayed on the product on the viewer page when only the set quantity is left.

7. Live Status allows you to set live status. Select Scheduled and click Save at the bottom left.

Video

2. In Stream Type, select Video, select Screen Orientation, and select Create.

3. Enter a thumbnail, title, description, and specify the date and time to broadcast.

4. After registering the product, upload the video to be broadcast. The ratio of the video is 16:9 horizontally and 9:16 vertically.

The next steps are the same from step 3 onwards for creating a CameraFi and YouTube server.

Don't forget to click Save at the bottom left after you finish the settings.

*Caution*

When uploading a video, it takes time to be converted for live viewing.

Transcoding appears in Preview during conversion.

When transcoding is displayed, events can be saved by live broadcast and cannot be started.

You can only start broadcasting live when the Preview status is Preview.

Widgets

Once you have created an event, you can promote the live broadcast to customers by exposing

the widget to the shopping mall.

1. Go to the Widgets menu in the left menu. When you create an event, the widget settings are

automatically turned on.

2. You can decide which events to expose to the store in Widgets Settings.

① Automatic: Automatically selects the closest event among events with the Status of

Scheduled and sets it as a widget.

If set to Automatic, after the Live event displayed as a widget ends, the next closest event

will be automatically exposed as a widget.

② Manual: Among events whose status is Scheduled or Live, select the desired event and

set it as a widget.

3. You can select a theme for the widget from Templates.

Preview lets you see what your event will look like when Scheduled and Live.

After choosing which template to apply, click Save to save the settings.

4. You can see that the widget is visible with the template set at the bottom right of

the shopping mall.
